Baronaloe Terms and Conditions

Price and Payment

The price of the ordered Products shall be as set out on the website. The total price of the Products including postage, packing and value added tax (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order and payment confirmation.

All postage and shipment costs are calculated by size and weight of Products.

Baronaloe accepts payment with PayPal and all other major credit cards.

No payment for the Products shall be deemed to have been received until Baronaloe has received cleared funds.

 

Delivery

After an order is accepted, the Products ordered will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order form. Products will normally be dispatched within 48 hours, however, orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

You should receive your products within 28 days of making your order on our website.

Unless a longer delivery date has been stated, if Baronaloe fails to dispatch any ordered Products within 14 days of acceptance of your Order, Baronaloe shall refund in full your payment in respect of such Products.

You agree that risk of loss or damage of Products passes to you upon delivery of the Products.

If your delivery address is outside the E.U., you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be paid for by you. Baronaloe advises each of its customers to contact their local customs office if you think this may apply to you.

Please note that when shipping internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Loss and Damage

Baronaloe warrants that, at the time of delivery, the Products will correspond with the description on the website.

Any claim by you that any of the Products ordered fail to correspond with the description on the website, must be notified to Baronaloe by email at info@baronaloe.com no later than 7 days after delivery. If delivery is not refused and you do not notify Baronaloe within this time limit, Baronaloe shall have no liability.

If you make a valid claim of the above, Baronaloe shall replace the Products in question free of charge or, at your option, refund in full your payment in respect of such Products.

Returns Policy

Baronaloe’s returns policy, which is in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, is as the following:

Within seven working days beginning with the day after delivery of your

Products, you may use your right of cancellation of any Product by sending us written notice of cancellation by emailing info@baronaloe.com.

You must promptly return the unused Products to Baronaloe at your own cost.

Baronaloe will refund in full your payment for any such Products when they have been delivered to us.
